INTERNATIONAL TRAINEE PROGRAM

The International Missionary Trainee Program was developed to assist churches outside the United States.  Church or missionary leaders connected with the Institute recommend English speaking nationals who have demonstrated a deep love for Christ and a commitment to ministry, combined with leadership potential.

The trainee program combines discipleship training and thorough grounding in the Bible with instruction in a variety of practical missionary skills such as healthcare and first aid, mechanics, and food preservation (see list).

These are all geared to aid the trainees in their future ministry in their home countries or other difficult foreign fields.

To date, internationals have trained with us from a wide variety of countries including India, Latvia, Kenya, and Haiti. In all we have had trainees from all continents and from over 20 countries.
